Experience the ultimate festival luxury with our CaveFest VIP Yurt package for two! Stay in our spacious 300 sq ft yurt located in The Caverns’ Yurt Village, nestled in a secluded glade within our campground. Enjoy private climate-controlled accommodations with a bathroom, hot shower, comfortable bed, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and a private deck. With two parking spaces included, simply park and immerse yourself in the festival while having a cozy retreat nearby. Yurt packages are for two (2) people and require the purchase of two (2) CaveFest tickets.
LUXURY CANVAS COMFORT
Elevate your festival experience with a luxury canvas bell tent in our VIP village with the close access to the footpath to the music. Sleep each night in a queen bed and enjoy a set-up complete with posh amenities.
CaveFest VIP Bell Tent Package w/ Queen for 2: $1,250 per person / $2,500 per package + tax & fees - includes 1 queen bed, sheet set w/duvet, throw blanket, pillows with cases, bistro table & chairs, 1 hanging light, 2 beside stands/crates, rug, tent lock, and 1 car parking space beside your tent.
PITCH-PERFECT LUXURY
Travel light and show up at CaveFest with a large Eureka! cabin tent waiting on you in our VIP village. From there, it's a short walk along the footpath to the CaveFest stages above and below ground.
VIP Large Pre-Pitched Tent Package w/ 2 Cots for 2 people - $950 per person / $1,900 per package, plus tax & fees - includes 2 cots, 2 TETON sleeping pads, 2 camp chairs, 1 night stand and 1 tent light, plus a 10x10 canopy with 1 large camp table and 1 canopy light. VIP CAMPING PACKAGE
$769 per person, plus tax & fees
Immerse yourself in nature and luxury perks with a VIP Camping Package at CaveFest! If you’d like, set up early on Thursday. Your reserved campsite will be in a VIP section of the campground, which is close to the start of the footpath to amphitheater and cave stages.
Oversized vehicles, including pull-behind trailers, must purchase a Oversize/RV Camping Pass Add On (limited availability). Everyone in the vehicle must have a VIP camping pass.

- Based on the package selected: Two (2) 3-Day VIP Tickets OR one (1) 3-Day VIP Ticket.
- Based on the package selected: Four-night stay, Oct 10-14, for two (2) or one (1) person.
- Based on the package selected: Thursday early access Yurt Village or VIP Village.
- Early access to the venue on Friday to grab a great spot and have first access to merchandise.
- Exclusive viewing areas at the Amphitheater Stage including viewing from the VIP tent close to the stage as well as exclusive access to an elevated tier at rear of the venue for a unique bird’s eye view of the stage.
- Exclusive access to the VIP Restroom Trailer in the amphitheater.
- Catered brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Roll out of your yurt/tent to a nice, locally sourced meal to start each day off right.

CaveFest VIP FAQs
Our staff will greet you, scan your QR code, and provide you with your VIP credentials. You will then follow the arrows to the VIP Village where you will meet with a VIP Liaison. They will provide you with your merchandise, and directions to your accommodations.
When is VIP check-in?
The Caverns is on Central Time. Please do not arrive early.
- Thursday 1p - 9p
- Friday - 9a - 9p
VIP check-in is not available on Saturday or Sunday. Please let us know if you intend to arrive on either of those days and we can try to accommodate you.
What if I arrive early/late?
Lining up on the road is not permitted. Your accommodations are guaranteed. Please do not arrive before the gates open. If you arrive after 9p, you may sleep in your car in line at the check-in booth until we open at 9a the following morning.
When will be the best time to arrive if I can't come on Thursday?
Your best chance to avoid long lines will be arriving after the morning rush at 9a CT. Arriving after 11a CT should be a better window.
How will I know where my yurt/tent is?
For the yurts and bell tents, you will be assigned a number and given a key or/lock code when you arrive. For the pre-pitched tents, your name will be on a sign in the door of your tent. Your VIP liaison will help with this information.
Where will I park my car?
- Yurts - come with 2 parking spaces in front of your yurt
- Bell tents - parking is close, at the end of the row with your tent, but not right next to your tent
- Pre-pitched tents - parking is in front of, or next to, your tent
What do I need to know about my Yurt?
- There is AC/heat, a small kitchenette with a sink, mini-fridge, microwave, single-cup pod coffee maker (and 2 pods), and dishes for 2. If you require additional items, let us know. The bathroom has a shower and towels are provided. We do not provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, or a blow dryer. What do I need to know about my Bell Tent?
Your bell tent includes 1 queen bed, sheet set w/duvet, throw blanket, pillows with cases, bistro table & chairs, 1 hanging light, 2 beside stands/crates, rug, & tent lock, 1 car parking space near your tent. Your Bell Tent does not have electricity.
What do I need to know about my VIP Pre-Pitched Tent?

Are there restroom and shower trailers in the campground?
Yes, and VIP have some exclusive access, please see below
- Thursday: Closed
- Friday - Sunday: VIP Only 8a - 9a. Open from 9a - 4p for VIP & GA
- Monday: VIP Only 8a - 9a. Open from 9a - 10a for VIP & GA
Outside of the hours above, a bank of porta potties will also be located near the VIP village. During the amphitheater shows we will have a VIP exclusive potty behind the Lounge Tent, don’t miss a beat of the music.

- Brunch in VIP Village Tent: Saturday & Sunday 9a - 11a CT
- Dinner - VIP Amphitheater Lounge: Friday - Sunday 4p - 6p CT
- Late Night Snacks in VIP Village Tent: After the amphitheater shows end, Friday - Sunday

Where do I get a massage? Where do I sign up for one? When can I get one?
Massage sign-ups will be in the VIP Village Tent in the campground during brunch hours and in the VIP Lounge in the Amphitheater when it opens. Each massage appointment is for 15 minutes.
Massages are offered on Saturday and Sunday.
Massage locations and times: 2p - 6p CT - VIP Lounge in the Amphitheater.
Is there a place to charge my phone?
There is a charging station in the VIP Village in Campground and the VIP Lounge in the Amphitheater. There are outlets to plug in your phone charger, if you're staying in a yurt.
Can we leave after setting up camp?
You will not be locked in, however we strongly encourage you to remain parked for the weekend. Driving in the campground creates dust and/or mud and is potentially hazardous for pedestrians. If you have an urgent situation, you may leave, but you must drive through check-in going and returning so we can check your credentials.
Can I have a campfire?
Yes, but fires must be contained and off the ground. A communal firepit will be located near the VIP Lounge in the campground. A limited number of fire pits will be available for rent at the campground store. Ground fires will be extinguished. Please dump hot ashes in the red metal barrels provided.
Is there ice and firewood for sale?
Yes. There are also a limited number of firepits available for rent. The campground store is located near the entrance road in the blue Salamander Bluegrass Underground bus, please see event map for exact location.
Can I bring my dog/goat/parrot?
No. Pets are not allowed. If you arrive at the venue with your dog, you will not be permitted entrance. All tickets are non-refundable.
