Halloween 2022: Spooky Tours, Cave Concert, Underground Disco, Scary Movie 'The Descent' at The Caverns

Our popular Stay & Cave Package is available the night of Amos Lee (Oct. 28) and Captain Cavejam's Underground Disco Party (Oct. 30) with lodging, transportation to and from the venue, cool merch from The Caverns, and more. Spooky Cave Tours

On October 14th, 15th, and 16th and October 28th, 29th, and 30th, we'll be hosting Spooky Cave Tours from 2p to 5p CT (last tour leaves at 5p CT). Follow your tour guide by lantern light through our spellbinding caves. Learn of the haunting stories surrounding The Caverns and local caves, and the immortal people the Cherokee encountered underground.

No one is going to jump out in a costume—no, this eerie tour is deeper than that. But we welcome you to wear your costumes and we'll have some candy for all. Spooky Cave Tours are only $10 when purchased with a ticket to our Underground Halloween Disco or Movie Matinee featuring The Descent

Amos Lee in The Caverns

Esteemed singer-songwriter Amos Lee is hitting the underground stage on Friday, October 28th with Mutlu. After releasing his 8th studio album Dreamland this year, Amos is back on tour wowing audiences with his raw and heartfelt music. His latest work explores human connection, and Amos's own struggles with anxiety and imposter syndrome. Captain Cavejam's Underground Halloween Disco

Join us Saturday, October 29th for the first ever Captain Cavejam's Underground Halloween Disco with a 70s, 80s & 90s DJ Set from the one and only Captain Cavejam. This under-worldly disco dance party can only be experienced underground in The Caverns! Don't let our caves be the only ones dressed up, enter into our costume contest for the chance to win some exciting prizes. Doors at 6p CT. Disco at 7p CT.

Movie Matinee in The Caverns featuring The Descent

On Sunday, October 30th at 2p CT, catch a Movie Matinee in The Caverns featuring The Descent, a 2005 horror film where a group of girls decide to go spelunking and make some terrifying discoveries underground. Watching The Descent in a cave is like watching Jaws on a raft in the ocean. We cannot think of a more spine tingling setting for this horror film. The Descent is rated R. Anyone under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult that is 21 years or older.
