Foster Falls
Distance from The Caverns - 18.5 miles (28 minute drive)

Foster Falls is a popular destination for guests visiting South Cumberland State Park, likely because it’s so easy to access. Just take a short walk from the parking area to enjoy this 60-foot waterfall. It's best after a good rain.

Denny Falls

Grundy Forest - 1 Hike and 5 Waterfalls
Distance from The Caverns - 11.2 miles (21 minute drive)
Address: Grundy Forest State Natural Area at South Cumberland State Park, 71 Fiery Gizzard Rd, Tracy City, TN 37387
Blue Hole Falls (pictured here), Hanes Hole Falls and School Branch Falls can be seen along the Grundy Forest Day Loop Trail, then diverge on to the Fiery Gizzard Trail to see Black Canyon Cascades and Sycamore Falls. With a 3.1 mile hike, you can check out 5 waterfalls!
Greeter Falls

Near the western end of Big Creek Gulf within Savage Gulf State Natural Area, take in the impressive Greeter Falls with its 15ft upper section and a 50-foot lower falls.

Bridal Veil Falls
Distance from The Caverns - 11 miles (18 minute drive)
Address: Sewanee, Tennessee, 37375
Bridal Veil Falls appears from the side of the mountain, cascades 27 feet down a limestone cliff, drops about 25 feet more, and then disappears into a sinkhole. Before or after this 2-mile roundtrip hike, check out the University of The South's campus.
