The String Cheese Incident to Headline CaveJam
The String Cheese Incident returns to headline CaveJam, a two-day, two-stage festival at The Caverns over Memorial Day Weekend, May 24-25, 2025. During the festival, The String Cheese Incident will play two nights with three sets above ground and one special set inside The Caverns world-renowned subterranean venue.
Beyond the music, guests can take cave tours—including both guided walking tours for everyone and adventure tours with helmets and knee pads—or join yoga and sound bath sessions, bring their own instruments to participate in an open cave jam, and attend a couple of special workshops. There will also be activities for kids, making CaveJam a destination festival for the whole family.

Underground Music
All CaveJam ticket holders will experience live music in The Caverns’ legendary underground venue, with multiple bands playing throughout the weekend.
The String Cheese Incident returns for an intimate, late-night cave set on Sunday, May 25. New for 2025, a second late-night cave show features BERTHA: Grateful Drag on Saturday, May 24. Both sets are included with VIP packages.
General admission guests can purchase limited 3-day ticket bundles that include access to both late-night performances.
Go Even Deeper at Cave Tours at CaveJam
No trip to The Caverns is complete without taking a guided tour through Big Room Cave, an otherworldly passage completely separate from our underground concert hall. We recommend reserving your tour time in advance to ensure you don't miss out. At the festival, meet at the Info + Cave Tour Pick-Up tent in the campground at least 15 minutes before your tour time. Walk-ups welcome too!
Cave tours during the festival are only $15. Budget ~1hr from pick-up to drop-off for your cave tour experience.
New for 2025: For guests who want a real caving experience with helmets, knee head lamps and gloves (we provide all the gear), we've created a new tour through tight passageways that lasts about 90-120 minutes. Advance reservations required.
Please note: Guided tours during CaveJam do not include The Caverns underground concert hall due to festival performance schedule.
